  • What is the minimum quantity required for engraving?

    Logo engraving is available for orders of 50 items or more. For HoReCa orders, the engraving costs are usually already included in the unit price. For this, we require your logo as a vector file (.ai or .eps) with closed paths.

  • What are the payment terms?

    Payment by bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice. For orders with a net value of €3,000 or more, we require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation — the balance is due upon receipt of the delivery.

  • What if a colour isn't available?

    If the product you’re looking for isn’t available in your preferred colour, we offer two options: you can choose an alternative colour from our current range, or we can schedule delivery for a later date once your preferred colour becomes available again. Which option makes more sense usually depends on how urgent your delivery date is — we’d be happy to discuss this with you.

  • Are delivery charges included?

    Within the EU, delivery costs are included in our quote. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, the UK, the USA, Asia), we charge the actual transport costs separately and clearly state these in the quote.

  • What if the delivery is outside the EU?

    For deliveries to third countries, customs clearance takes place in the destination country. Any customs duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient — the exact amount is determined by the local customs authorities upon clearance and cannot be estimated in advance. Customs clearance is handled by UPS or DHL.

  • Do you deliver to the USA?

    Deliveries to the USA are made exclusively from our US warehouse. Delivery within the USA is included in the price.
