Logo engraving is available from a minimum order of 50 pieces and currently exclusively on our water bottles and coffee tumblers. For corporate gifting orders, engraving costs are included in the unit price. We require your logo as a vector file (.ai or .eps) with closed paths.

Absolutely. You can combine different products, colours and sets in one order. On request, we also create custom gift sets tailored to your specific occasion. Just let us know.

Payment is due by bank transfer upon receipt of invoice. For orders exceeding 3.000 Euro net, we require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation — the remaining balance is due upon delivery.

If a product is not available in your preferred colour, we offer two options: you may choose an alternative colour from our current range, or we can schedule delivery for a later date once the desired colour is back in stock. Which option makes more sense usually depends on how urgent your delivery date is — we are happy to discuss this with you.

Shipping within mainland EU is included in our offer. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA, Asia), we charge actual transport costs separately and list them transparently in the quote.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs clearance takes place in the destination country. Any customs duties and import taxes are borne by the recipient — the exact amount is determined by local customs upon clearance and cannot be specified in advance. Customs handling is managed by UPS or DHL.

Deliveries to the USA are shipped exclusively from our US warehouse. Shipping within the US is included in the price.
