You may cancel your order within 14 days – without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you have received the goods.

Here’s how:

Click on the ‘Cancel contract’ button (available at the bottom of the footer on every page). Enter your email address and confirm it. We will then immediately send you a confirmation code by email to verify your identity. You can then cancel the relevant order yourself in your order overview.
