Withdrawal Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire(s) physical possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MerchanTree GmbH, Wiesingerstraße 11, 1010 Vienna, Austria, tel.: 00800 1190 1190, email: support@larsnysom.com (mailto:support@larsnysom.com)) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online on our website at https://shopify.com/2026668107/account (https://shopify.com/2026668107/account). If you use this online function, we will send you confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to TM Logistik & Services GbR, Schulenburger Landstr. 128, 30165 Hannover, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
General Information
- Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
- Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward (postage unpaid).
- Please note that points 1–2 above are not a condition for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
