Payment is due by bank transfer upon receipt of invoice. For orders exceeding 3.000 Euro net, we require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation — the remaining balance is due upon delivery.
What if a colour is not available?
If a product is not available in your preferred colour, we offer two options: you may choose an alternative colour from our current range, or we can schedule delivery for a later date once the desired colour is back in stock. Which option makes more sense usually depends on how urgent your delivery date is — we are happy to discuss this with you.
Is shipping included?
Shipping within mainland EU is included in our offer. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA, Asia), we charge actual transport costs separately and list them transparently in the quote.
What about deliveries outside the EU?
For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs clearance takes place in the destination country. Any customs duties and import taxes are borne by the recipient — the exact amount is determined by local customs upon clearance and cannot be specified in advance. Customs handling is managed by UPS or DHL.
Do you ship to the USA?
Deliveries to the USA are shipped exclusively from our US warehouse. Shipping within the US is included in the price.
