As a consumer, you may withdraw from your order within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you receive the goods.
To declare your withdrawal, click the "Withdraw from contract" button and provide your name and order number. You will then receive a confirmation by email without delay. You are, of course, also welcome to notify us of your withdrawal by email at support@larsnysom.com (mailto:support@larsnysom.com).
Following an effective withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you. Please return the goods to us within fourteen days.
Cancel your order
Here’s how:
Click on the ‘withdraw from contract’ button (available at the bottom of the footer on every page). Enter your name, email address and your oder number into the form and click on 'Submit withdrawal'. We will then immediately send you a confirmation of your withdrawal by email.
