  • How to use

    To open and refill, unscrew the transparent spice chamber anticlockwise. To adjust the grain size, turn the grinding control dial on the top. Turn anticlockwise for coarse grain and clockwise for fine grain.

  • Are the salt and pepper mills manual or electric?

    The salt and pepper mills have a manual ceramic grinder that can be operated by hand. They are therefore not electric mills and no batteries are required to operate the mills.

  • How can the grinders be filled?

    To open the grinder, simply pull off the top part of the grinder (above the viewing window). Then fill in the spices and “clip” the upper part of the grinder back again.

    Yes, the degree of grinding can be adjusted from coarse to fine by turning the lever provided on the grinder to achieve the desired grinding result.
